The retreat unfolds in Malpaís, a laid-back town on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, known for its beaches and surf culture. Each day typically starts with breakfast at La Esquinita, a local coffee house just 40 meters from the complex, before moving into the planned activities. The included surf lessons are led by local instructors who know the best spots for different levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in the water. Yoga classes are held on the new deck at Cuatro Vientos, where you might join a Hatha, Yin, or Vinyasa flow depending on the day.

Beyond the core activities, the retreat offers a range of optional experiences to deepen your connection to the surroundings. You can book a Rebirthing Breathwork session, a Reiki treatment, or an aura reading, all facilitated by practitioners who come to the complex.
