7 Day Fasting and Yoga Retreat in Portimao, Portugal

The retreat is run by Vitalisé Portugal, a company that has been organizing detox retreats in the Algarve since 1995. The program alternates fasting weeks with wellness and yoga weeks, so when you arrive, you'll be part of a small group (max 12 guests) focused on the fast. You'll have a personal intake interview covering your health, weight, blood pressure, and fat percentage, and a final evaluation at the end.
