The 7 Day Detox Yourself program at Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion is a fixed-schedule juice fast designed and run by the resort's wellness team. Each morning starts early with a movement or meditation session led by the staff, usually before breakfast — which in this case is juice number one of the day. Mornings might involve yoga, mindful walking, or breathwork in the gardens, and afternoons are given over to hiking, cycling, or more gentle wellness classes, alongside your scheduled spa treatment for the day.

What sets this retreat apart from a typical spa detox is the location. Alba Wellness Valley sits at the source of the Alba hot spring, the same mineral water the resort bottles and serves. Guests have unlimited access to the thermal pools and the Japanese onsen circuit, and the mineral water is part of the detox logic rather than an add-on. The nightly 50-minute spa treatment is included in the rate, with a rotating menu — the D-TOX reflexology is one of the listed options, and onsen mindfulness (a guided soak) is baked into the program.

The retreat is run under the direction of I Nyoman Yastama, the Wellness & Spa Director, who has been leading nature-based wellness programs for over 27 years. Born in Bali and a lifelong meditation practitioner, his sessions draw on breathwork, guided walking and floating meditation, and sound therapy.
