7-Day Jungle Wellness and Yoga Retreat at Lake Arenal, Costa Rica

The retreat is based at Essence Arenal Wellness Center, a boutique hotel set on 22 hectares of forest near El Castillo village. From the moment you arrive, you're surrounded by jungle and volcanic views. The itinerary is deliberately loose—there's a daily rhythm of morning yoga and set meal times, but the rest of the day is yours to shape.
