7 Day Wave & Soul Wellness Escape in Bali

Wave & Soul is a 7-day, 6-night retreat that combines adventure with deep nervous system recovery. Led by Dr. David and facilitator Kyrie, the retreat is rooted in the principle that how you think, feel, and respond is influenced by your state, environment, and what you repeatedly practice. The program integrates yoga, nervous system regulation, breathwork, subconscious repatterning, and nature-based immersion.

The retreat is set in a bio-constructed sanctuary on the cliffs of Uluwatu, offering panoramic ocean views from the pool, yoga shala, and terraces. Each day begins with movement and meditation, includes workshops on nervous system regulation and energy protection, and allows time for rest, beach excursions, and cultural activities.

Surf lessons at Padang Beach reconnect you with play, while daily yoga and meditation restore your baseline. The Balinese purification ceremony, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, and temple visit at Uluwatu create space for meaning and clarity. You'll leave with a more regulated baseline, clearer thinking, and reduced reactivity to stress.

The retreat is designed for solo travelers, couples, and friends, with a group size of 10-16 participants to ensure an intimate and personalized experience. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
