8 Day Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India

The 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga With Srinatha combines theory with real teaching practice. You'll learn how to create safe sequences, adjust poses for different bodies, and use hands-on techniques to help students find alignment and comfort. The course covers anatomy and physiology, focusing on the muscles and joints involved in aerial yoga, and how to prevent injuries.

Classes are small, with between eight and ten participants, so you get plenty of individual attention. The instructors are experienced and deeply connected to Mysore's yoga traditions. Dr. Balasundara Srinatha, the lead teacher, has over 30 years of experience and is known for his unique approach to asana.
