8 Day Jungle Detox & Energy Healing Reset in Costa Rica

This retreat is a full-immersion detox experience, but it's not just about juice fasts and green smoothies. Isha has combined the modalities she's trained in—energy work, meditation, body detox, and digital detox—into a program that works with your mind, body, and spirit all at once. The idea is that true healing happens when you address all levels, and the structure of the week reflects that.

Each day follows a clear rhythm: meditation in the early morning, a simple breakfast, then either free time or an activity like hiking to the waterfall. Afternoons are reserved for energy healing sessions or other therapies, with time to rest before a light dinner and evening meditation. There's no pressure to do more than you need—the program is designed to help you rest and digest, both physically and emotionally.

What makes this retreat special is the setting and the intimacy. You'll be one of only one or two guests, staying in a private tiny cabin surrounded by fruit trees. The farm is a functional, sustainable operation with hectares of food forests, and you're welcome to join the farm tour to see where your food comes from. The valley is remote, accessible only by 4x4, which means true seclusion and a rare chance to disconnect.

Isha brings years of training to her work—Kriya yoga, Kundalini, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and more—and she's committed to creating a safe, supportive space for deep emotional and energetic work. You'll have a preparation call before you arrive, daily support during your stay, and an integration call afterward to help you take the experience home with you.
