8 Day Yoga & Wellness Escape on Kos Island, Greece

The retreat is hosted at Country House, a charming property tucked away in the peaceful Kos countryside. It's run by Marja, a warm and experienced yoga teacher who has created a schedule that feels both structured and freeing. Each morning, you'll start with an invigorating ginger shot at 7:45 AM, followed by a dynamic Hatha yoga class on the open-air deck. Breakfast is a buffet of local, organic, and sustainable products, and then your time is your own. You can explore nearby beaches, take one of the house bikes for a spin, or simply savor a book in the garden. Evening yin yoga at 6:30 PM helps you release the day, followed by a world-infused style dinner with vegetarian and vegan options. One evening is special: a trip to Therma, natural hot springs where you can float in warm water while the sunset paints the sky. The final evening includes a sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis, a site near the Asklepion, which adds a touch of ancient history to your practice. Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced teachers, and Marja is known for her thoughtful, grounded approach that makes everyone feel welcome.
