The 300-hour advanced training is built for teachers who already have a 200-hour certification and want to go beyond the basics. Over 27 days you'll dive into advanced asana—think arm balances, inversions, and progressive backbend work—but the real focus is on intelligent sequencing and knowing when not to push. You'll spend 40 hours on philosophy alone, working through the Yoga Sutras and the Upanishads, and another 30 hours on anatomy that covers everything from fascia to the nervous system.

What stands out is the teaching practicum. From early on, you're designing and teaching complete 75-minute classes, getting filmed, and receiving detailed feedback from the faculty. Then you refine and do it again. By the end, you won't just have a certificate—you'll have a much clearer sense of who you are as a teacher.
