Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Retreat in the Guatemalan Highlands

The training is structured around a 300-hour curriculum accredited by Yoga Alliance, building on prior 200-hour certification. It covers advanced asana analysis, hands-on assists, holistic sequencing, Ayurveda, and the subtle body. A distinctive element is the integration of sacred Mayan ceremonies, including cacao ceremonies, temazcal sauna sessions, and shamanic journeying, which connect participants to the local lineage and land.
