Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Tropical Koh Phangan

The training takes place at Wonderland Healing Center, a tranquil haven surrounded by tropical forests and mountains. Each day begins with aerial practice or yin/restorative sessions, followed by a light breakfast and then focused learning blocks covering anatomy, sequencing, and teaching practice. Afternoons include asana clinics, self-study, and workshops on sauna and cold plunge therapy. The course also includes 7 hours of online pre-work covering anatomy, benefits, contraindications, chakras, and class creation.
