All-Inclusive Yoga & Wellness Retreat on a 45-Acre Mountain Ranch in California's Central Coast

Sagrada Wellness is a boutique retreat property rather than a large resort. It sits on 45 acres of mountains, oak trees, trails, wildlife and gardens, with a saltwater pool and a hilltop position looking out over preserved land. The whole place is set up for a small group of people to slow down for a few days.

A typical day starts slowly — birdsong, mountain air, coffee — then moves into yoga, hiking, Qi Gong or meditation. Meals are fresh, homemade and included, and the afternoons are deliberately open. Guests use that time for the pool, a hammock, a book or a nap. Evenings are shared meals and time outside under the stars.

The retreats on the calendar include a Qi Gong & Hiking Retreat, a Weekend Warrior Retreat and a Yoga, Peace & Quiet Retreat, so the balance of movement and rest shifts depending on which week you book. Acupuncture services are available on site in San Luis Obispo County.
