The retreat runs over four days and three nights. Each night includes an ayahuasca ceremony, and the days are structured around preparation before the ceremonies and integration afterwards. Preparation workshops and group integration circles are part of the programme, along with specialised workshops led by the facilitation team. Breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks are served daily, with water, tea and coffee available throughout the day.
Optional add-on sessions with kambó, bufo and yopo are offered alongside the core programme. For participants on the three-night retreat, the final night includes a psilocybin mushroom session as an alternative to ayahuasca.
The team is led by Sergio Sanz Navarro, who has been facilitating retreats and working with ancestral plant medicines for many years. He works alongside a multidisciplinary group that the organisers describe as including facilitators, psychologists, physicians, coaches and therapeutic guides, and the organisation says it runs retreats in more than 20 countries. The stated approach is based on presence, responsibility, compassion and creating safe spaces, with an emphasis on preparation, ceremony and integration.
The location is Sant Pol de Mar, a coastal town near Barcelona, with the venue set between the beach and the forest. Facilities at the property include air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi, a garden and a pool. The closest airport is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat (BCN), roughly an hour away by car or about 1.5 hours by public transport; airport transfers are not included. Guests can take the train from Barcelona city centre to Sant Pol de Mar, and detailed arrival instructions and the exact meeting point are shared after booking.
