Alpha Wellness Resort is a boutique Ayurvedic healing sanctuary near Mysore, Karnataka, in the heart of India's ancient wellness traditions. The program is deeply personalized, starting with a pre-arrival health consultation with Dr. Rizwan. Upon arrival, a detailed in-person consultation assesses your Prakriti (body type) and Vikriti (current imbalance) to design your entire program.

Your daily rhythm includes Panchakarma therapies such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, Basti (enema), Nasya, or Udvartana. These are performed by trained therapists under medical supervision. Afternoons are for quiet activities like reading, meditation, or nature walks. Evening consultations with Dr. Rizwan review your progress and adjust the next day's plan.

The retreat is led by Dr. Rakshith, an Ayurvedic physician specializing in Kayachikitsa and Therapeutic Yoga. He is also a researcher with several publications. The resort's location near the Kaveri River and its lush surroundings create a serene atmosphere ideal for healing. With just 12 rooms, the experience is intimate and focused on individual care.

Everything you eat is fresh, sattvic, and tailored to your dosha, prepared with organic, local ingredients. After the retreat, you'll receive a written lifestyle guide, diet recommendations, herbal supplements, and a 90-day plan to continue your healing at home.
