The program is highly personalized. It begins with a detailed consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to understand your constitution (dosha) and any health concerns. From there, you receive daily treatments that may include Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead), or other therapies, all performed by skilled therapists. Daily yoga and meditation sessions help calm the mind and support the physical healing.

A standout feature is the educational component. An Ayurveda lecture by Dr. Anand, a cooking class, and a farewell massage provide insight into how to maintain balance long after you leave. The food, all Vedic and vegetarian, is an integral part of the healing, and you'll understand how to eat to support your constitution.
