Mornings begin with the Dinacharya routine — a barefoot stroll on the grass, then mantra chanting and a yoga session led by Anil, a certified Hatha and Ashtanga instructor. After breakfast you meet with the Ayurvedic doctor, who adjusts your therapies and diet based on how you're responding. Your daily one-hour treatment is then tailored to your constitution — this could be Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, Swedana, or another Panchakarma procedure.
