Bedouin Yoga & Desert Retreat in Wadi Rum, Jordan

The camp is in the Al Zalabieh tribe's territory, on land passed down through Suleiman's family. That matters because it puts you deep in the protected area rather than on the tourist strip near the highway. You get hot showers and western toilets with toilet paper, shared between guests. Tents come as double/twin for couples and friends, triple and quadruple for families and groups, a deluxe room for solo travellers, and a glamping tent. All have beds, mattresses, bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels, plus extra blankets for cold desert nights. A lounge tent with a fireplace and outdoor seating is where people gather.
