This 30-day combined course is designed for serious students who want to become both professional massage therapists and yoga instructors. Each day blends physical practice with classroom learning and hands-on training. Mornings start with yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, followed by lectures on anatomy, physiology, and yoga philosophy. The afternoons are dedicated to massage theory and practical application, moving through a new modality every few days: Swedish, Ayurvedic, deep tissue, hot stone, shirodhara, and traditional Thai massage. Your lead teacher, Nabin Karki, comes from a family of pioneers in natural medicine and has trained over 1,000 students, many of whom now run successful practices worldwide. The course also includes daily vegetarian meals, free yoga classes, and the chance to join group excursions to explore Kathmandu's cultural and natural highlights.
