Creative Reset: Art & Yoga Wellness Retreat on a Swedish Farm

The retreat takes place at The International Wellness Farm, a working farm dating back to 1670, set on 24 hectares of fields, pristine forest, and low granite hills on Sweden's west coast. It sits just 3 km from the Atlantic, so the air is fresh and clean, and the property is free of EMF pollution. Deer and other wildlife pass through daily. The setting is peaceful and quiet, a real contrast to city life.

Each day starts with a guided creative session in the morning, led by Helena. She is a registered Transpersonal Arts Counsellor (MCGI BACP) and Creative Arts Facilitator. Her approach is sensitive and unpressured — she's there to help you use art to find peace and healing, not to judge the results. Afternoons are free for your own artistic exploration, a walk in the forest, a bike ride, or just resting.

Yoga is woven into the week, with classes led by resident teacher Cecilia Wootz, who trained in Hatha Yoga. There are also daily meditation classes, a gong bath, and a cacao ceremony. Thai massage is available at an additional cost. The group is limited to just 4–6 people, which means the guidance is genuinely personal and the sessions adapt to whoever is in the room.

Evenings are quiet and simple. You might use the floating sauna, take a forest walk, or just sit on the terrace and watch the light change over the fields. The retreat is held in English, with Swedish also available.
