Whisk & Wonder is a four day creative retreat hosted by pastry chef and creative powerhouse Anna Polyviou, set in the lush Gold Coast Hinterland. Designed as a joyful escape from routine, this retreat invites guests to slow down, play and reconnect through dessert, creativity and shared experience. It is not a traditional cooking retreat, but a celebration of food as self expression, connection and joy. Across the long weekend, guests will take part in hands on dessert and pastry workshops guided by Anna, exploring colour, texture and plating in a relaxed and supportive environment. These creative sessions are balanced with long table feasts, fireside conversations and plenty of space to rest, reflect and simply enjoy being present. All activities are optional, allowing each guest to shape their experience at their own pace. The retreat is held at EcoView Retreat Centre, a peaceful 70 acre property surrounded by rainforest and rolling hills. Daily yoga or forest walks, time by the pool and access to the property’s facilities support a sense of ease and restoration throughout the stay. Meals are a highlight of the experience, with vibrant, seasonal dishes and playful desserts curated by Anna alongside the on site chef team.
