Digital Detox & Wellness Retreat in Panama's Pacific Jungle

The retreat takes place at Alaya, a retreat center surrounded by tropical dry forest on Panama's Azuero Peninsula, about 40 minutes from Pedasí and close to the surf town of Playa Venao. Accommodation is in circular domes with ocean or hill views, each with a private terrace—some with their own plunge pool or jacuzzi. Mornings typically start with a guided meditation or yoga class, followed by a full breakfast. The middle of the day often holds a workshop or an excursion—forest bathing, a trip to the beach, or a hike—while evenings might bring breathwork, a bonfire, or just sunset watching from the terrace.
