Feminine Embodiment and Sound Healing Retreat in Andalusia

The retreat is called 'The Sacred Descent', and that is exactly what it does: it walks you, layer by layer, through the story of Inanna's journey into the underworld. Each workshop is designed to help you meet and release the patterns you have been carrying — the people-pleasing, the self-criticism, the exhaustion that comes from performing a version of yourself for the world.

The daily rhythm is steady and gentle. Mornings begin with silent meditation and yoga. After breakfast, the first workshop block runs from 11 to 1. It is only three and a half hours of facilitated work each day, split into two blocks, so there is room for integration — and for the pool, the sauna, or a nap. Afternoons are held for the second block, and evenings close with a final practice or a circle.

The facilitators, Felice Langkamp and Oana Ratiu, both work at the intersection of the body and the subconscious. Felice is a somatic and subconscious reprogramming coach and Reiki practitioner. Oana is trained in Women's Centered Coaching, PSYCH-K, EFT, Reiki, Sound Healing, and New Code NLP. They do not just talk about transformation; they give you concrete tools — EFT tapping, somatic witnessing, womb work, voice activations — that you can keep using after you leave.

Marbella itself is not the point here. The estate is set in La Mairena, a residential area on the mountain side, so you get the quiet of the sierra along with the convenience of the coast. The nearest beach is about twenty minutes away, and the old town of Marbella is close enough for a day trip if you want one. But most women stay on the property, because there is so much to take in.
