The spa has saunas you can use as often as you like during your stay. The pond is a natural swimming pond, not a chlorinated pool, so you're swimming in plant-filtered water with trees around you. The hotel also has its own gym. The page mentions yoga as part of the spa offer but doesn't say whether classes are scheduled or included in this package, so check when booking.
The guided herb walk is the one group activity in the package. A guide takes you through the woods around the mill and points out the wild herbs that grow there. On another day you get a rental bike and a picnic basket from the kitchen and can ride the forest paths at your own pace.
One evening is set aside for a 4-course dinner in 'Müllers in der Mühle', the hotel's brasserie, starting with a glass of champagne. On the other nights you can eat in the hotel restaurants at your own cost or head out.
