Poland · 7 days · From USD 690
A typical day at Fox Boot Camp starts with a snack at 7:00, then the first training block — stretching, Nordic walking and Tabata — from 7:30 to 8:45. Breakfast follows, then Training II (obstacle course plus weight training) from 9:45 to 11:45. After a snack, Training III covers CrossFit and group activities, then lunch at 13:30. Twice a week there's a nutritional workshop in the early afternoon, then Training IV (circuit training plus abs and glutes), Training V (stretching) at 17:30, and dinner at 18:30. Massages are available in the evening at extra cost. No two days repeat the same programme.
The training infrastructure is the main reason people pick this camp over others: 10 hectares of training area, 4 obstacle courses, 30 obstacles (tires, logs, walls), 18 types of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, punching bags and medicine balls, plus kayaks and bicycles. Across a week you can expect CrossFit, kick-boxing, box/aerobox, Nordic walking, circuit training, Tabata, plyometrics, yoga, stretching, kayaking, cycling, Swiss ball, TRX, athletic training, ABT, body pump, team games and survival games — 19 activity types in total.
The diet here is not an afterthought. Meals are based on superfoods and low-processed ingredients, with three main dishes and two snacks a day plus isotonic drinks and unlimited drinks. Guests get two dietary lectures during the stay and leave with the recipes for the dishes served. There's a cooking workshop option if you want to learn to prepare the meals yourself.
What sets Fox Boot Camp apart from a standard fitness holiday is the follow-up: after the camp you receive a 12-week training plan, recipes, and guidelines on portion sizes and meal composition. The team also offers a support group for past participants. Results claimed on longer stays run up to 4kg weight loss on the 7-day programme and up to 8kg on the 14-day, with corresponding waist and hip reductions measured as part of a full body composition analysis taken at the start and end.
Location-wise, the camp sits in the Masurian Lake District. The Borecka Forest — home to European bison — starts at the edge of the property, and there are kayak routes on the Sapina river and nearby lakes for swimming. It's quiet, green and a long way from a city gym, which is part of the appeal for people wanting a mental break alongside the training.
