Home › Retreats › Gay Tantra Retreat in the French Countryside: Inner Strength & Sensuality
France · 4 days · From EUR 755
The retreat runs from Friday 26 March 2027 at 5:00 PM through Monday 29 March around 4:00 PM, so it's three nights and four days on site. Guillaume asks participants to arrive a little before the opening session to settle into their rooms. Over the four days you work through a progressive arc: first grounding and stability, then exploring desires and how to voice them, then boundaries, then sensuality and sexual energy, and finally how to stay present when connection gets uncertain.
A typical day combines guided practices with meditation, movement, conscious touch, massage and time to connect with the other men. The program balances solo exploration with partner and group exercises, and there are shared meals, breaks and space to walk the five hectares of parkland. Guillaume is a former clinical psychologist and trained with Tantra pioneers Margot Anand and Jacques Lucas, so the facilitation is structured and held rather than loose or free-form.
What sets this one apart from a general wellness retreat is the explicit focus on relational Tantra — the exercises are built around meeting another person in truth and care, not just solo practice. It's also specifically for gay, bi and queer men, and Men's Hearts has run this work in France since 2019 with a consent-first framework and an ethical commission background.
Le Moulin de Mousseau itself does a lot of the work: a restored former mill with small rivers crossing it, gardens, and a large practice room for the sessions. It's peaceful without being remote — accessible from Paris by car via the A6 and A77, or by train from Gare de Lyon to Nogent-sur-Vernisson in about 1 hour 45 minutes, where someone from the team picks you up.
Meals are generous, freshly prepared and shared together, with vegetarian and vegan options available if you give advance notice. There is no airport transfer, so you arrange your own way to the venue or coordinate car sharing with other participants.
