Grateful Heart Yoga Retreat: 7-Night All-Inclusive Wellness Escape in Barbados

Barbados · 7 days · From EUR 3358

The retreat runs for seven nights and is sold as a full package: accommodation, all food and beverages at the hotel, daily yoga, the spa credit and the catamaran cruise. Two departure dates are confirmed for 2026 — 1–8 November and 22–29 November. Both are hosted by Jen Coco personally. You book directly with her by email or WhatsApp, and she handles the reservation and the resort booking together.

A typical day starts with a morning yoga session, which is the only fixed daily commitment beyond meals. The page doesn't publish exact class times, but daily classes are listed as included and the sessions are led by Jen. The rest of the day is open — the resort is all-inclusive, so breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks are covered at the hotel, and you can use the beach, the pool and the spa. One afternoon or evening during the week is set aside for the sunset catamaran cruise on Silver Moon, which is included in the price.

What separates this from a generic Caribbean yoga week is the combination of a named long-term teacher and a premium all-inclusive resort. Jen has taught for over 12 years across Barbados and LA, and she's based on the island — this isn't a touring teacher flown in for a one-off. The resort tier also matters: every guest stays in a Luxury Junior Suite, and both room categories are ocean view or oceanfront, not garden or partial-view rooms allocated on arrival.

The two room tiers are a Luxury Ocean View Junior Suite (from US$3,650 per person double, US$4,900 single) and a Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suite (from US$3,900 per person double, US$5,450 single). Both are seven-night stays and both include the same inclusions — the only difference is the view. Solo travellers pay a single-occupancy rate rather than a supplement on top of the double rate.

What's not covered is airfare and airport transfers, so you'll arrange your own flights into Grantley Adams International and your own transport to the resort. The site points you to book the two 2026 dates directly, and that's the route to take — email jenncoco@hotmail.com or message WhatsApp 246 838 2185.

This suits people who want a yoga holiday rather than a yoga bootcamp. There's no fasting, no 5am starts mentioned, no strict programme to keep to. If you're travelling alone, the single-occupancy pricing makes it workable rather than punitive. If you're coming with a partner who doesn't practise yoga, the all-inclusive resort and beach setting mean they have plenty to do while you're in class.
