The retreat is based in a remote part of the Luštica peninsula in northern Montenegro, close to Kotor Bay and the Adriatic coast. Mornings typically start with yoga in the garden shala, followed by a brunch of local produce. The rest of the day is given to activities: a guided hike through Lovćen National Park, a boat excursion around the Kotor Fjord, or a day trip to the UNESCO-listed old town of Kotor. There's also free time for beach visits, e-bike hire, or booking a massage at a nearby spa.\n\nThe yoga program draws on Ashtanga and Hatha traditions, led by instructors Helen and Harriet, who both bring years of practice and a focus on making classes accessible to all levels. The group size is kept between 6 and 16, so you get personal attention and can easily connect with other guests. Meals are vegetarian or vegan, prepared by the in-house chef, with plenty of fresh salads, baked bread, and local specialties like baklava.\n\nThe villa itself offers a choice of single, twin, or double rooms, all with en-suite or shared bathroom options. There are communal lounges, a garden, and a terrace for al fresco dining. The nearest beach is a 2km walk through the countryside, and the fishing village of Rose is a 15-minute drive away.
