HYROX Performance Camps 2026/27: Tenerife, Mallorca & Beyond

Tenerife · 5 days · From EUR 365

Every camp on this hub is built around the actual HYROX race format: 8 x 1 km running interleaved with eight functional stations. Coaches don't just drill isolated movements — they train pacing, transitions, technique and load management as one problem, because that is what the race demands. Sessions are scaled for Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay divisions, and for first-timers through to experienced athletes.

The trip formats work differently. Flex trips let you choose your own travel dates and keep your own rhythm, with accommodation and local training arranged for you — the two HYROX & Sun options in Costa Adeje are like this, one with hotel accommodation (from €1,190) and one at the Travelling Athletes Villa (from €1,169), both offering individual and professional coaching year-round. Guided trips are fixed camp weeks with structured sessions and a group sharing training, recovery and the destination — the RACEFORM Tenerife Performance Week and the HYBRID Christmas Training Camp are examples. Signature Performance trips are small-group, race-prep-focused formats with distinctive coaching or athlete line-ups, such as the HYROX Cruise 2026 with HYROX Elite 15 athletes on board.

Training volume varies by camp, but the pattern is consistent: mornings are typically the main session (running intervals, station technique, or a full race simulation), afternoons are for strength work, mobility or recovery, and evenings are free. Recovery is treated as part of the programme, not an afterthought — mobility, sleep, food and free time are scheduled in.

What sets these trips apart is the coaching specificity combined with the destinations. Tenerife offers year-round sun and sea-level training; Mallorca adds the novelty of a Mediterranean cruise; the Hybrid House sits among banana plantations with ocean views, a rooftop, pool and jacuzzi, and on-site equipment. Each camp page states exactly what is included — accommodation, training, meals, transfers and extras vary, so the inclusion list on the individual trip page is authoritative.

The camps are designed to be booked independently of a race ticket; whether a race entry is included is stated explicitly on each trip page. No prior HYROX experience is required for camps marked all levels or beginners, and solo travellers are common — room choices, group setup and any single supplement are listed per camp.
