India · 84 days · From EUR 2157
The program is a single 12-week build split into three stages, and each batch joins it at a different point. Stage one (Weeks 1–4) is easy running you can hold a conversation through and low-rep strength work with real weight, plus full testing in Week 1 so the coaches know where you are starting. Nothing in it is hard or fast. Stage two (Weeks 5–8) turns the stations into real work: two harder running sessions a week at a controlled effort, shorter rests between sets, and serious grip, sled and back-of-the-body strength, because grip is what fails first. It ends with half a race to see where you stand. Stage three (Weeks 9–12) is a rehearsal of race day itself — running straight off a station again and again, work on the first 200 m after each station where most time disappears, and a full timed practice race in Week 10. Total volume drops in those final weeks on purpose so you arrive fresh rather than flat.
What separates this from doing a HYROX plan at home isn't the exercises; it's that the track is straight. The trainers are clear that about half the race is the eight kilometres of running, not the stations, and that most people lose their race because they guessed their pace and went out too fast in the first two rounds. So the running is trained on purpose, with 5 km and 10 km time trials and half-race simulations rather than just fitness classes. Nothing is left to a weekly plan on an app: a coach is beside you for every session, load is monitored daily, and if two days in a row look poor they change your week before the next session rather than after it.
The camp is run by Niraj Kumar Borah, who founded Fitness Bootcamp in 2020 after four years building group training formats at CultFit. He holds both HYROX Academy courses (Foundation and Level 1) and coaches under the HYROX Performance Coach title, and he races the same events his clients do — his own HYROX Bengaluru 2026 Doubles time was 1:24:59. Mobility, prehab and rehab are run by Srishti Aswal, an E-RYT 500 and YACEP-registered prehab and rehab specialist who works with each athlete individually as well as in the twice-weekly group mobility sessions. The facility has hosted over 4,600 guests since 2020, all of it outdoors in the mountains of North India with the same eight stations you will meet on race day.
The food is cooked vegetarian and built around the training load rather than personal preference — eggs are available for anyone who eats them at no extra cost and are never served to anyone who doesn't, and meals are adjusted on medical or gut-health grounds. Weeks 1 to 8 are where body composition actually changes, with controlled food and high volume and no late-night snacking or skipped meals on site. In Weeks 9 to 12 the food goes up on purpose: you cannot rehearse a race while underfed, so fat loss slows or stops and that is a deliberate choice, not a failure. Progress is measured through body composition scans, resting heart rate, sleep, session load and station time trials, and all of it is handed over at check-out in a form you can take to your own doctor.
One condition applies to every batch: you must show a valid HYROX Bengaluru 2027 ticket at check-in. No ticket, no check-in. The ticket is bought separately from the event organiser, and registration for these batches opens on 14 November 2026 and closes the moment the 20 places in a batch are filled — there is no rolling waitlist and no extra places released afterwards. On 9 May the group checks out at 9 AM and travels to Bengaluru together, landing three clear days before the earliest race wave. The Monday shakeout and Tuesday primer are coached by the team at a partner gym in Bengaluru at no extra cost; flights and accommodation in Bengaluru are arranged and paid for by you.
