Hyrox Training Camp in Poland with Anna Lewandowska

Poland · 6 days · From EUR 1540

HYROX Training Camp by Ann takes over the DOJO Stara Wieś complex for six days in September 2026. The Polish facility is built to Japanese architectural standards and is the largest centre for Far Eastern martial arts and combat sports training in the country. For this camp, its training halls are fitted out with full HYROX competition equipment: RowErg, SkiErg, sleds for pushing and pulling, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags. It sits on the edge of the Przedbórz Landscape Park, surrounded by fields and forest.

The training programme is built specifically for HYROX rather than general fitness. You do hybrid work that blends strength and endurance, with coaching focused on technique and movement quality so you can load heavier and move more efficiently under fatigue. Coaches run performance tests during the week and give individual feedback on pacing, transitions and race strategy. The stated aim is realistic race preparation and measurable progress, with load managed so you don't burn out by day three. Expect roughly two sessions a day across the five full days, with one lighter block built around recovery and theory.

Recovery gets proper space in the schedule. The centre has a sauna and shared recovery equipment, and ice baths are available. You can book a massage or a physiotherapy consultation. There's also educational content on race strategy and mental preparation, so the camp covers the thinking side of racing as well as the physical work.

Food is full board — breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by professional chefs following Anna Lewandowska's recipes, using products from the organic brands that partner with her. Meals are balanced around training load: enough carbohydrate and protein to support two sessions a day and to help you recover between them.

What separates this from a generic fitness camp is the equipment and the coaching lineup. You train on the exact sleds, ergs and wall ball targets used in competition, with coaches who compete in HYROX themselves — including Jakub Jandura, the Country Manager of HYROX Poland, and Anna Lewandowska, a former multiple medallist at World, European and Polish karate championships. The setting is unusual too: a Japanese-style village of cottages and dojos in rural Poland, quiet enough to sleep properly between sessions.
