Home › Retreats › HYROX Training Camp Poland: 6 Days of Competition-Grade Hybrid Training with Anna Lewandowska
Poland · 6 days · From PLN 1560
The camp is organized in partnership with HYROX Poland and is aimed at people who already train for HYROX, compete, or are preparing for a race and want to move up a level. Training is designed as a system: hybrid work combining strength and endurance, an emphasis on technique and movement quality, and realistic race preparation. You'll also run performance tests during the week so progress is measurable rather than a feeling — several participants come away with numbers to show for the five nights.
Coaching is the reason most people book. Anna Lewandowska leads, with certifications in fitness and personal training including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a competitive karate background (multiple World, European and Polish Championship medals in traditional karate); she's currently completing her HYROX coach certification. She's joined by Jakub Jandura, Country Manager of HYROX Poland and a HYROX Level 1 certified trainer and competitor; Luis Pajares of Healthy Team, a CrossFit Level 2 Coach based at Edan Studio in Barcelona with a background in football, calisthenics and functional training; and Małgorzata Reysner of Healthy Team, a trainer since 2006, CrossFit Level 1 since 2015, specialising in CrossFit, functional training and high-intensity work, and named Top Trainer by Shape magazine in 2016. All three of the HYROX-specific coaches are completing their HYROX coach certification alongside Anna.
Equipment matters more than usual on a camp like this — you spend the week on the exact kit used at HYROX events: RowErg rowing ergometers, SkiErg ski ergometers, push and pull sleds, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags. That means the movement patterns, transitions and pacing you rehearse are the ones you'll actually race.
Food is full board, three meals a day cooked by professional chefs and based on Anna Lewandowska's recipes and guidelines, using healthy products from the organic brands she partners with. Expect balanced meals built to support recovery and fuel intense sessions rather than a restricted diet — the framing on the camp is that eating well is a strategy, and the habits are meant to stick after you go home. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included in the price.
Recovery sits alongside the training rather than being optional: sauna, ice bath, massage or a physiotherapy consultation, and shared recovery equipment. There's also classroom time — discussion of race strategy and mental preparation — plus a welcome pack with snacks and gifts from camp partners, and accident insurance (NNW) for the duration. Accommodation is five nights in high-standard seven-person Japanese cottages on site.
