Home › Retreats › Hyrox Training Camp with Anna Lewandowska: Strength, Endurance & Recovery in Poland
Poland · 6 days · From EUR 1560
The camp begins on a Tuesday afternoon and wraps up on Sunday after lunch, so you get five nights on site and four full training days plus two half days. The programme is built around Hyrox specifically: hybrid training that combines strength and endurance, an emphasis on technique and movement quality, and realistic race preparation rather than random hard sessions. You'll do performance tests early on so you and the coaches know where you're starting from, and you'll leave with a race strategy you can actually use.
The training itself is led by certified coaches who are among Poland's leading Hyrox athletes, alongside Anna Lewandowska and her coaching team, who compete in Hyrox themselves. The equipment is the same kit you'll meet on race day — RowErg, SkiErg, push and pull sleds, wall balls, kettlebells, sandbags — so there's no guessing about how a sled feels or what pacing a SkiErg interval should look like. There's also classroom-style time on race strategy and mental preparation.
Recovery is treated as part of the programme, not an add-on. Sauna, ice bath, shared recovery equipment and a massage or physiotherapy consultation are all included. The idea is that you can train hard on consecutive days without falling apart by Friday.
Food is a big part of it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by professional chefs following Anna Lewandowska's recipes and guidelines, using natural, high-quality ingredients from organic partner brands. The focus is on supporting recovery and fuelling intense sessions, and on habits you can keep using when you get home.
What makes this different from a general fitness camp is the specificity. Everything points at one event. The coaches are Hyrox-certified or completing certification, the tests are Hyrox-relevant, the gear is competition-grade, and the strategy sessions are about how to actually race. If you've got a Hyrox event coming up, or you're considering one, this is five days of focused preparation in a setting that makes it easy to switch off from everything else.
