ISA Surf Academy & All-Inclusive Surf Camp in Canggu, Bali

A typical day starts early, because the surf is usually best before the wind picks up. You meet the team, load into the camp vehicle and drive to one of the breaks they use — the camp lists 30+ surf spots suitable for all levels. Instructors are in the water with you, giving pointers between waves. Back at camp, sessions are reviewed with video analysis so you can see what your bottom turn or pop-up actually looks like. Afternoons are free for the pool, the common area, or walking into Canggu for food and spas. Yoga and a freedive/surf apnea workshop are part of the all-inclusive package.

What separates this camp from the many others in Canggu is the coaching structure. Instructors are ISA-certified with 10+ years of combined coaching experience, and the camp runs its own ISA Level 1 Surf Instructor Course, so the teaching standard is the same one they certify other instructors to. Accommodation is on-site and comes in four types: wooden cabins, shared rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Superior Rooms.
