Jungle Yoga and Wellness Retreat on Isla Solarte, Bocas del Toro

The retreat programme is deliberately simple. There is time to read, relax and let the day unfold slowly, which is the point of coming to an island this size. Between classes you can swim, take a boat into Bocas Town, or sign up for one of the excursions the team arranges.

Things to do around Bocas del Toro include scuba diving, snorkelling, visiting Playa Estrella, and touring a cacao farm. The team also supports Caribbean coral restoration work through Love for the Sea, and guests can join in to help.

What separates Roam from a standard yoga studio with rooms is the setting and the size. It is an intimate property on a jungle island, not a large resort, and the schedule is built around practice, nature and rest rather than back-to-back activities.
