Home › Retreats › Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing Retreat in Sedona's Sacred Vortex
United States · 5 days · From USD 1592
Each day on this retreat follows a loose rhythm, shaped by what the group needs. Mornings typically begin with Kundalini yoga and breathwork, then move into group meditation and life coaching sessions. Late afternoons are reserved for either crystal bowl sound healing, a session focused on ascension activation at a local vortex, or a choice of massage or Reiki. Three excursions take you into nature—to connect with the land, learn about Native American traditions, and simply ground yourself in the powerful energy of the vortex sites. You can choose a semi-silent experience if you're craving more clarity, or take a full rest day if that's what your body asks for.
What sets this retreat apart is the level of personalization. Before you arrive, you're asked about your intentions, and the program is built around them. If you're processing grief, seeking clarity on a career move, or exploring your spiritual gifts, the sessions address those themes directly. The group size is intentionally kept small, so there's space for everyone to share and be heard. Diane is known for her ability to read the room and meet each person where they are. It's not uncommon for guests to leave with a daily meditation practice they can sustain at home.
The location itself is part of the experience. Sedona is renowned for its red rock formations and vortex energy, which many believe amplify spiritual and healing work. The retreat base is a comfortable resort with two pools, jacuzzis, and manicured lawns, just a short drive from shops, galleries, and restaurants. Hikes are led by a trusted guide, and the schedule is timed to avoid the heat, especially in summer months. With Diane's 13 years of experience and over 160 retreats under her belt, you're in capable hands from the moment you arrive.
