Home › Retreats › Leadership Wellness Retreat: Yoga, Meditation & Spiritual Reset in Vrindavan
India · 4 days · From USD 258
This retreat is built around a simple but firm principle: no business talk. For four days, you won't network, pitch, or prove anything. Instead, you'll join a small group of fellow founders, entrepreneurs, and introverts in moving through practices that quiet the mind and loosen the grip of chronic stress. Daily yoga and meditation sessions, breathwork, sound therapy, and cold exposure are all part of the itinerary, each one chosen to help you release what you've been carrying silently.
The schedule is deliberately paced. Day one begins gently with a bathing and feeding the cows at the gaushala—often the moment guests feel their phones fade into the background. Evenings bring aarti at Keshi Ghat on the Yamuna. Day two includes a mini Giriraj parikrama on foot, passing through Radha Kund and sacred temples, with havan and time for prayer. Day three focuses on stillness, with a temple walk through Vrindavan's spiritual heart—Radha Raman, Banke Bihari, Radha Vallabh—and the retreat's longest meditation session. The final day takes you to Barsana and Shriji Mandir, associated with Radha's birthplace, and closes with a fire ceremony at Raman Reti.
The host, Umesh Pandya, founded the retreat with a background in supporting high-achievers. He keeps the group small and intimate, ensuring every guest gets personal attention. The property, Kadamb Kuteer, is a sanctuary of mature trees, a lotus pond, and quiet corners for journaling or meditation. The food is Sattvic with a modern vegan touch—simple, clean, and nourishing, served as three daily meals plus snacks.
What makes this retreat different is the explicit rejection of business and social pressure. You're encouraged to leave your company, your responsibilities, and your phone alone for the duration. Instead of networking, you'll sit by a bonfire, share music, and practice silence. It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a place considered sacred, with all the logistics—from airport pickup to visa letters—handled by the team.
