The coaching here runs four hours daily, split between morning and afternoon blocks. Mornings focus on fundamentals — footwork, shot mechanics, court positioning — while afternoons move into match strategy, dynamic drills, and controlled play situations. The coaches assess your level on day one and group you accordingly, so you're always working at an appropriate intensity whether you're a recreational player or pushing toward competitive club level.

Days five and six switch gears into tournament play. You'll compete in a proper multi-day format against other guests, with a trophy ceremony on the final evening before departure. It's competitive but friendly — the kind of thing where you push yourself but still end up having drinks together afterward.
