The 5-Day Personal Wellness Retreat requires a minimum stay of six consecutive nights. It includes three 60-minute signature treatments (massage or facial) valued at $872, two 60-minute private fitness sessions valued at $337, the same comprehensive wellness evaluation at the biostation valued at $299, IV nutrient therapy valued at $230, and nutrient injection therapy valued at $55. Both packages include daily access to the Hydrotherapy Gardens, an open-air facility on the property. The resort also runs a Fitness Center & Hydrotherapy Gardens Pass as a separate 99 combination package, and a Kamaʻāina hydrotherapy pass at $99 for a two-hour visit, which gives a sense of what the gardens normally cost to use.

What separates this from a standard spa break is the clinical side. The biostation evaluation includes diagnostic blood testing and an InBody composition analysis, and the package adds IV nutrient therapy — and nutrient injections on the 5-day version. That sits alongside the more conventional spa treatments and private fitness sessions.

The resort itself is the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, on Wailea Beach. The daily resort charge added to the room rate includes two refillable water bottles on arrival with refill stations around the property, guest internet access, beach chairs for Wailea Beach, admission to twice-daily SCUBA clinics, use of beach cruiser bikes, hula and ʻukulele lessons, participation in yoga classes, and local, toll-free, domestic and credit card calls with no access fee.
