Spain · 7 days · From USD 900
The camp is built around a daily training programme that combines strength and conditioning work with cardio sessions on the coast. Because the property sits directly on the Mediterranean, most sessions take place either in the training space at the house or outdoors looking out at the sea. Morning blocks are where the hard work happens — usually a strength session followed by a conditioning piece, or a longer cardio session along the coastline when the weather is right. After the morning session there's a real breakfast, not a token one, and then the rest of the day is yours.
One thing that separates this from a standard fitness week is the daily rhythm imposed by the heat. Training happens early, before the sun gets strong; lunch and early afternoon are quiet, and people usually swim or rest; later in the day there's often a second, lighter session, a stretch or mobility class, or a walk. If you've done a fitness camp somewhere inland, the sea here changes how the days feel — you cool off in the water between sessions rather than sitting indoors in air conditioning.
Because the camp runs for either one week or one full month, the group changes in character. A one-week stay is a concentrated block of training for someone on holiday. A one-month stay is more like a training camp proper — you build across four weeks, and the coaches adapt the load week by week. People on the month programme often end up training harder by the final week than they thought they would on day one, simply because of the accumulated volume and the recovery that being by the sea allows.
The property itself is the retreat base: sea-facing, with shared and private room options, and with the training area on site rather than in a gym you have to travel to. Meals are prepared at the house, and the kitchen leans toward fresh, local Mediterranean food — fish, vegetables, olive oil, fruit, and plenty of water.
The sea is the real location highlight. It's swimmable from the shore, calm enough for most of the year for open-water swims, and there are coastal paths for running and walking with views the entire way. Towns along the coast are close enough for an afternoon trip, and the coastline is what most guests remember afterwards: training in the morning with the water right there, then swimming off the heat in the afternoon.
