Men's Transformational Retreat in the Sacred Valley

The Threshold is a men's retreat designed as a rite of passage, not a typical retreat. It's for men who are at a real turning point—whether that's in identity, purpose, relationships, or just a sense that the old life no longer fits. The container is small and relational, with just 14 men, so there's no hiding. Each day includes facilitated group work, men's circles, and opportunities for somatic reflection, nervous-system regulation, and honest conversation. There's structure, but also plenty of space for silence, nature, and integration. The program weaves in and an NLP-informed approach, Human Design, and emotional intelligence work, all grounded in the sacred land of the Andes.

A key part of the retreat is the ceremonial work. You'll take part in a Wachuma preparation workshop and one guided Wachuma ceremony and hike through Kinsa Kocha, supported by local facilitators. There's also a temazcal ceremony, a traditional sweat lodge, and intentional visits to nearby Sacred Valley ruins and cultural sites—treated as pilgrimage rather than tourism. Fire circles and time in silence are built into the rhythm of the week. The final days focus on integration: reflecting on what you're releasing, what you're choosing, and how you'll carry this into your life back home.

Cameron Seipp, your host, is a transformational coach and men's work facilitator who brings his own story of healing and recovery to the space. He's not there to fix anyone, but to create the conditions where men can remember their own strength and clarity. The retreat is held at the Psychic Garden Centre, a boutique sanctuary near Pisac, where the land, the mountains, and the ceremonies all support the work you're doing.
