Muay Thai Training Camp in Phuket at Sumalee Boxing Gym: Weekly Gold and Platinum Packages

Train Muay Thai at Sumalee Boxing Gym, a residential training camp in the Thalang district on the west side of Phuket, and stay on site for as many weeks as you like. Every stay includes two group Muay Thai sessions a day, Monday to Saturday, coached by Sumalee's Thai trainers, with sessions for complete beginners through to fighters preparing for the ring.

On top of the room and group training, Sumalee's weekly packages add private sessions, nutrition and recovery:

- Platinum: a private Muay Thai session every day, daily yoga, daily massage, six ice baths a week, three meals a day with a daily protein smoothie and snack, rehydration sachets, laundry and upgraded linen. - Gold: a private Muay Thai session every day, three yoga classes, three massages and two ice baths a week, three meals a day and a daily protein smoothie. - Bronze (on request): two private sessions and two Thai massages a week, with three meals a day. - Yoga (on request): a daily yoga class in the Sumalee studio, three massages a week, three meals a day and a daily protein shake.

The gym has 16 air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, fast wi-fi and smart TVs, a swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. Stays run from seven nights and you can start on any day.
