Home › Retreats › Multi-Activity Summer Camp in Andorra for Kids: Languages & Mountain Adventure
Andorra la Vella · 7 days · From EUR 376
Mornings at camp are language lessons — English, French or Spanish, taught by the school's own academic staff for 12 hours a week. The classes are aimed at getting campers actually using the language rather than sitting through grammar drills, and the language carries over into the rest of the day since the camp is genuinely international.
Afternoons are where most of the actual fun happens. The activity list includes mountain hiking, rafting, climbing, tubing, paintball, karting, canoeing, kayaking, and trips to a water park and thermal pools. There are also themed workshops in science, technology and computing, plus things like cooking and team games. Which activities you get in a given week depends on the weather and the group's age bracket.
The residential side is what separates this from a standard city day camp. Campers sleep in a modern residence a two-minute walk from the school, in double and triple rooms with shared bathrooms. There's 24-hour supervision, plus spacious common areas where kids hang out in the evenings.
Andorra itself does a lot of the work here. The school sits in a mountainous corner of the Pyrenees between France and Spain, so the hiking, rafting and climbing are on genuinely good terrain rather than a sanitised activity centre. That also means campers get a proper outdoor summer rather than a classroom one.
Because it's an international school, the camp mixes its own students with external kids, so the language element isn't theoretical — children are practising with each other all day. Discounts of 5% apply for current Agora Andorra International School students and for siblings (the sibling discount applies to the price excluding transfers).
