Natuaventura Summer Camps 2026: Multi-Adventure, Surf and English Camps for Children in Spain

Alicante · 14 days · From EUR 598 (indicative)

The camps are run by qualified coordinators and monitors who plan the activities months ahead, based on the age of the group and the type of camp. Multi-adventure camps fill the days with outdoor activity and excursions, with transport and materials included. Surf camps at Santander are built around time in the water over either 10 days or a fortnight. English camps mix the same outdoor programme with native English-speaking counsellors and bilingual Spanish monitors, so children use English through games and daily life rather than in a classroom.

Supervision is the thing the operator leads on. There is one monitor for every eight participants, plus extra organisation staff including the camp coordinator. Monitors and the coordinator live at the facility and are on duty 24 hours a day. Each camp has a support vehicle, a 24-hour emergency phone, civil liability and accident insurance, a first aid kit and a transfer arrangement to nearby medical services. There is a health centre close to the camps.

Food is cooked on site by each camp's own kitchen team. The menu is balanced and adjusted to what the group is doing each day, with four meals: breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. Children with food allergies get an adapted menu kept as close as possible to what everyone else is eating, and the operator asks parents to tell them during the camp if a child is unhappy with the food so it can be fixed straight away.

Accommodation differs by camp: hostels, wooden cabins, glamping tipis or tents. The operator asks families to check the details for the specific camp. Rooms are not mixed by sex, and children are placed with others of similar age; friends who come together can stay together. Children do not keep phones with them day to day, but are given a phone every three to four days to call home, and parents can reach the emergency phone at any time.

There is no set parents' day, though visits can be arranged by contacting the operator. At pick-up, a child can be collected by a parent or by someone else named in written authorisation given before collection. Optional bus transport runs from Madrid and Las Rozas.
