The days are anchored by two yoga practices, but that's where the structure ends. Each session is adapted to your level and what you need that day. Mathias weaves together Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Nidra, Qi Gong, and more, so you'll experience a range of styles. You might find yourself doing a dynamic flow at sunrise, then settling into a yin practice by the fire in the evening.

What truly sets this retreat apart is the individual attention. Before you even arrive, you'll have a call with Mathias to discuss your intentions. Once there, you'll have two private 1:1 sessions, one at the start and one at the end. And after you leave, he'll follow up to support your integration. This is guidance, not a one-size-fits-all program.

The setting is the other star. Edelweiss Chalet sits in the quiet of nature, with a view of Mont Blanc that stops you in your tracks. The chalet is a traditional home, thoughtfully extended with larch wood, keeping its authentic alpine character. It's warm, cozy, and genuinely homely - a far cry from a sterile retreat center.

Beyond yoga, you can experience river bathing, altitude hikes, sound baths, holotropic breathwork, energy healing, and massage. Twice a week, you'll have a massage with the devoted therapist, and there are cacao ceremonies, mantra chanting, and other rituals woven into the week. The sauna and cold water immersion become part of your recovery between practices.
