The Nemetona 1:1 Retreat is not a one-size-fits-all experience. A 5-day/4-night package, every aspect of your retreat is tailor-made to meet your individual goals, desires, and healing needs. Start your day with purpose as you engage in daily practices like guided beach walks or mindful movement designed to calm your mind, energize your body, and ground you in the present moment.

Indulge in personalized healing with a 1:1 Sound Healing session and a powerful therapeutic treatment choosing between Cranio-sacral therapy, facials, or energy healing, guided by the talented Tara Averill, a healer whose intuitive touch and transformative energy will support your deepest healing. For those craving adventure and connection with nature, you’ll have the opportunity to embark on a thrilling adventure activity—kayaking through the tranquil waters or exploring hidden waterfalls—each designed to get you inspired and connect you with the natural beauty that surrounds you.

As the sun sets, enjoy an evening meal at the beautiful Nemetona. One evening will be spent around a jungle bonfire, where you’ll connect with the natural elements and share a moment of quiet reflection or meaningful conversation. And throughout your journey, you’ll receive personalized intuitive guidance from Tara, both before and after your retreat you will receive a 1 hr virtual call, helping you integrate your experience and set intentions for moving forward.

The retreat packages can be personalized to add on additional spa treatments from the Nemetona Sacred Spa that has a range of healing and therapeutic treatments to meet your individualized needs and/or additional activities such as surfing, sloth sighting adventures, and local facilitators for different healing needs.
