Private Yin Yoga Teacher Training in San Diego, California

This private Yin Yoga teacher training takes place in the sunny beach town of Imperial Beach, just south of San Diego. Over four days, you'll meet with your instructor Shawna Bebbling for a comprehensive 20-hour Yin Yoga certification (YACEP of Yoga Alliance). The training is entirely personalized, with the schedule tailored to you, and class sizes are small—typically just you and the instructor. You'll spend your days in a mix of coursework, classes, and hands-on teaching experience at Shawna's successful yoga studio in San Diego. The curriculum covers yin yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, presented in a clear and organized way by Shawna, who has a background in adult education as a college professor. In addition to the training, you'll have time to enjoy the local area, with the beach, restaurants, and shops of Imperial Beach just steps away. The training is designed to make serious, positive shifts in your life and then help guide others to do the same, leaving you empowered and prepared to teach an all-level yin yoga class. Upon graduation, you'll also have the opportunity for an internship, allowing you to teach immediately in the studio to help others in the community.
