The journey begins long before the ceremony itself. In the weeks leading up to your visit, you will have three video calls with your facilitator, Malwina, to prepare mentally, emotionally, and logistically. This preparation is crucial for building trust and setting intentions. On the day of the ceremony, you will be guided through meditation, breathwork, and relaxation exercises, before entering the mushroom experience itself. The ceremony is private and personalized, allowing you to move at your own pace in a safe, comfortable space.

After the ceremony, a nourishing dinner awaits, followed by an overnight stay and a morning integration chat. This integration is as important as the experience itself, helping you make sense of your insights and incorporate them into your daily life. The retreat also includes a comprehensive course manual, and you will have access to post-retreat support to ensure your journey continues smoothly.
