Córdoba
Esvidas Córdoba sits within the Sierra Morena mountains in southern Spain, roughly 25 minutes from the city of Córdoba. The centre describes itself as secluded but accessible: private enough to step away from daily pressures, close enough for practical arrangements. It reports more than 300 days of sunshine a year and a warm Mediterranean climate that allows outdoor activity and time outside through most of the year.
The programme is built around a personalised treatment plan. The centre says every individual has a unique story, personal experiences and circumstances, and that the plan is developed together with the guest to fit their needs, goals and challenges. Therapy sessions are the core of the day; the property's other spaces exist to support the time around them.
Accommodation comes in two forms. Twin rooms have two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, a shared living area, a private terrace, TV, air conditioning, heating and daily housekeeping — the centre notes that shared experience often strengthens recovery. Private rooms have a double bed, en-suite bathroom, private living area, private terrace, TV, air conditioning and heating, daily housekeeping, and a kitchenette in selected rooms.
Between sessions guests can use a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and terrace, a gym, shared lounge, gardens, an indoor dining room and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. The centre frames these as places to slow down and to connect with others, and describes the outdoor dining and BBQ area as somewhere guests build confidence and a sense of belonging over shared meals.
Confidentiality is central to how the centre operates. Access is restricted, no unauthorised visitors are admitted, and enquiries are handled privately. The admissions team answers questions by phone or message, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, and will arrange a call at a time that suits the enquirer — morning, afternoon or evening.
