This 7-day Ayahuasca retreat in the Mayan jungle near Puerto Morelos is a holistic journey into emotional and spiritual healing. The program is intentionally structured to balance sacred ceremonies with ample time for rest and integration. Each day includes gentle Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nourishing meals, all set against the serene backdrop of nature. The ceremonies are the heart of the experience: a traditional Ayahuasca ceremony on the first and fifth nights, a Temazcal (Mayan sweat lodge), an optional Kambó ceremony, a daytime mushroom ceremony, a visit to a sacred jungle cenote, a Bufo Alvarius ceremony (subject to individual assessment), and a final cacao ceremony. Each practice is offered with deep respect and care, designed to open doors to healing and self-understanding. The hosts, Stanley and Irena, along with their small team, provide continuous support, ensuring you feel safe and held throughout your journey.
