Sacred Tantra Couples Retreat in Tenerife: 7-Day Intimacy & Wellness Escape

The week is built around three anchors: Tantra Yoga, breathwork and meditation every day, plus structured sessions on sexual energy work. The yoga is not a hard vinyasa class — it's slower, more about getting into your body and staying there. Breathwork follows, and the meditation closes the morning block. After that, the afternoon and evening sessions move into the tantric and taoist material, some of it taught, some of it practised between the two of you.

What makes this different from a general couples' wellness week is that it's explicitly about sexual energy — awakening it, directing it, and using it as a way to build closeness.
